Richard A. Estacio is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Estacio received his undergraduate degree from West Chester University, and earned his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. While in law school, he served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, was a member of the J. Braxton Craven Constitutional Law Moot Court Team, and was an associate editor of the Dickinson Law Review.

Since 1988, Mr. Estacio has represented clients throughout Pennsylvania in both general liability and workers' compensation matters, with a particular emphasis in the defense of self-insured employers in workers' compensation cases. His former experience representing claimants in workers' compensation cases for several years while in central Pennsylvania has also enabled him to bring an invaluable perspective to his workers' compensation defense practice. A member of the Philadelphia, Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Estacio has served as the Chair of the Lancaster Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section, and was Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Minority Bar Committee. In 2010, he was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Commission.

Mr. Estacio is a frequent lecturer and author in various areas of workers' compensation for the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers' Association, the Lancaster Bar Association and Sterling Education Services, and most recently presented the "Annual Workers' Compensation Case Law Update" for the Lancaster Bar Association in November 2010. Active in the community, Mr. Estacio has also served on the Board of Directors for the Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired, and formerly served as Chair of the Minority Contractors Outreach Program for Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.
