Associate Attorney

We are looking for qualified Associate Attorneys.  The ideal candidate will have one (1) to five (5) years of experience in PA, NJ,  and/or WV workers’ compensation law. Such experience should include some or all of the following: review and analysis of medical records, drafting reports, briefs, and other documents, conducting legal research, interviewing witnesses, attending and reporting on hearings and depositions, and managing an active caseload on behalf of employers/carriers/TPAs or claimants. This individual must be able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines set by senior attorneys and will eventually manage an active caseload.  We are a growing workers’ compensation defense firm with opportunities for career advancement.

We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level attorney to join our workers’ compensation defense team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate (or current 3L) looking to launch their legal career in a fast-paced litigation practice area.  Responsibilities will include: conducting legal research and analysis, assisting senior attorneys in preparing legal documents, attending hearings, depositions, and mediations, and maintaining accurate and organized files.

Summer Associate

We are seeking a summer associate to join our workers’ compensation defense team.  This is an excellent opportunity for a 2L to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced litigation area.  As a summer associate, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced attorneys and support them in their efforts to defend Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New Jersey employers.  Further, opportunities exist to contribute to client service efforts through educational programs and marketing initiatives.  Return offers are available to those Summer Associates who are eager to learn, conscientious in assignment completion, and enthusiastic about defending clients.
