Kayleen A. Dillon graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a degree in Pharmaceutical Science.  Thereafter, Kayleen earned her Juris Doctorate at Widener University School of Law in Delaware in 2014.  During law school, Kayleen focused her studies in Health Law and completed three legal internships within the healthcare field.  In addition to her coursework, Kayleen served on the Executive Boards for the Student Bar Association and the Health Law Society. Kayleen competed in the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition and earned the award for Third Year Best Team Overall. Kayleen was also the recipient of the Legal Methods Certificate of Achievement, Widener University School of Law Outstanding Service Award and Community Service Project Award for her efforts in the Hurricane Sandy Relief Project.


Prior to joining Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, Kayleen was a law clerk for a small law firm in Wilmington, Delaware working in criminal defense.  During this time, Kayleen assisted on postconviction relief cases, direct appeals and criminal cases by conducting research, drafting legal arguments and observing trials.


Kayleen is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She joined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane in January of 2020.
