The PA Department of Labor & Industry announced an updated statewide average weekly wage of $1,394.00, establishing the new maximum weekly compensation rate for injuries occurring on or after January 1,2026.
Under the 2026 rate schedule:
· AWW ≤ $774.43 → TTD benefits paid at 90% of AWW
· AWW $774.44 – $1,045.50 → TTD benefits capped at$697.00/week
· AWW $1,045.51 – $2,091.00 → TTD benefits paid at66⅔% of AWW
· AWW > $2,091.00 → TTD benefits capped at the new maximum of $1,394.00/week
