Maxwell R. Baker graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in 2015 with a degree in business administration. Thereafter, Maxwell earned his Juris Doctorate at Elon University School of Law. During law school, Maxwell spent a semester in practice with a local general practice firm, he served as a legal intern to a member of the United State House of Representatives in Washington, DC, and worked as a student-lawyer in the Elon University Small Business & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Maxwell also gained experience as a law clerk for a prominent Delaware personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm. Following law school, Maxwell served as legal intern to the Office of Delaware Governor John Carney. Maxwell is licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and has focused his practice on defending workers’ compensation claims.
