Michelle Rhodes is a cum laude graduate of Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2005. She was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Through her involvement in the risk management program at Temple University, she was recruited by a commercial and private lines insurance carrier where she handled property and bodily injury claims.

Michelle graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2010. She was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. While attending law school, she worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following law school, she continued to work for this firm assisting clients with third party and workers’ compensation matters. Michelle then worked for a firm in suburban Philadelphia firm handling workers’ compensation matters on behalf of insurance companies and self-insureds. 

Michelle is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on workers’ compensation law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  She joined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane LLP in April of 2018.
