Patty E. McEnteer is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Political Science. Following graduation, Patty obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University. Thereafter, she worked as a litigation paralegal for several large Pittsburgh law firms in the areas of environmental, insurance defense and workers’ compensation law. Patty obtained her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Patty was a member of Law Review.

Upon graduation, Patty practiced as an associate with Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, LLP until 2003. At that time, Patty attended the Villanova University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program and later rejoined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane in 2007. While attending the Graduate Tax Program, Patty worked at a Philadelphia insurance defense law firm where her practice concentrated on premise liability and civil rights litigation.

Patty is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Patty is also admitted to practice law in West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Patty is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
