is a cum laude graduate of Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, where he earned a B.A. in English. While in college, Ryan was a member of the Honor’s College where he completed over 20 hours of community service each semester.
Following his undergraduate education, Ryan attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2020. While in law school, Ryan was an editor and wrote a published note for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Ryan received the Mary Philbrook Award Public Interest Award for his commitment to using his legal education to give back to the community through pro bono services volunteering at South Jersey Legal Services, the Honorable Judith Wizmur Bankruptcy Project, and the Wills for Heroes programs.
Prior to joining Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, Ryan worked in insurance defense at the Law Firm of Styliades & Jackson where he worked on motions, research, and depositions for various insurance matters and personal injury matters. He then served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John Burke III in Burlington County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
Ryan is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He joined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane in September of 2021.
