Tracy Myers-Dumm received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University School of Law in 1992. Received Bachelor of Arts from University of Pittsburgh in 1988. Admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Virginia. Certified as a Specialist in the Practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law. Concentrates practice in workers’ compensation defense litigation, representing clients ranging from national corporations to small businesses. Practices before Workers’ Compensation Judges throughout Pennsylvania, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining CML, practiced exclusively in the areas of workers’ compensation and social security disability for more than 25 years.
