Overview
Paul V. Tatlow is a 1978 graduate of St. Joseph’s University. Following graduation from college, he attended Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1981. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar later that year. More recently, in 2007 Paul was admitted to the Delaware Bar. He has an AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Paul has represented both employers and insurance companies in numerous workers’ compensation cases for over 30 years in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. He has handled cases involving injury claims, occupational disease claims, specific loss claims, permanency claims and cases involving complex subrogation issues. While working for a prominent insurance defense firm, Paul kept up with all legal developments in the field and authored monthly case law updates on key legal decisions in both the Pennsylvania and Delaware jurisdictions. Paul has done presentations to various groups over the years including the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Business Institute, and the Holland Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court. During his career, Paul has been an active member of numerous Bar Associations and insurance claims associations. Paul joined CML in April of 2022.
