Benjamin P. Rogers graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration in April 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Global Management and minoring in Spanish. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May 2025, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship.

While in law school, Ben received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Law. He completed an externship with UPMC in Health Care Fraud, Abuse, and Compliance. Ben competed in the Federal Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition at Pitt Law.

Prior to joining Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, Ben worked as a law clerk for a construction litigation and arbitration law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. He also worked as a clerk for a Denver-based entertainment law firm, specializing in the representation of social media influencers.

Ben is currently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and joined Carpenter, McCadden & Lane in September 2025.
